Mary Ann, you are one of the most special nurses I ever knew. You were ahead of your time. You have vision for the future. I remember our talks and how you supported me in getting my MSN and DNP. I remember the bags of caramel corn and goodies you would drop by my office just because you were coming through. You are fondly remembered and treasured. God certainly received an angel in you. Hugs.
I had not seen Mary Ann for awhile, but I remember she was always encouraging in her words to me. Even when I moved to New Castle, a nurse I worked with at Henry County Hospital knew Mary Ann! I will miss her attitude of encouragement and being genuinely interested in others and selflessness. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
