Betty L. Kincade
Betty L. Kincade, 67, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, at MHP Medical Center.
Born March 12, 1950, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Bernard Sink and Wanetta (Smith) Sink. She married John W. Kincade on July 2, 1977, and he preceded her on Jan. 28, 2011.
Survivors include two daughters, Lisa M. Polston (husband, Mike), of Shelbyville, and Stephanie Rice (husband, Brett), of Shelbyville; two sisters, Patty Berry (husband, Jerry), of Shelbyville, and Brenda Hastings (husband, Dan), of Leo, Indiana; six grandchildren, Courtney Gelinas (husband, Joe), Cristyn Polston, Caitlyn Polston, Keaton Rice, Marlee Rice and Hudson Rice; and a great-grandson, Alexander Gelinas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her spouse.
Mrs. Kincade was a lifelong resident of this area and was a homemaker.
Betty enjoyed walking in nature parks, the outdoors, shopping, watching movies, feeding ducks and loved the time spent with her grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, with the Rev. Harvey Weaver officiating.
Friends may call on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.
Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery at a later date.
